2024 Farmers Market Vendor Information

Interested in becoming a participating vendor with the 2024 Farmers Market Andrews House SNAP/Produce Perks/Other Voucher Program?

Receive our Farmer Vendor information packet via email, US mail, at the links below, or at the Farmers Market to allow you to accept the following forms of payment:
- SNAP/EBT Main Street Delaware Wooden Tokens
- Green Metal Produce Perks Tokens (Statewide Program)
- other vouchers (Statewide Programs)
  - WIC
  - Produce Rx
  - Fruit & Veg Coupons
To accept these forms of payment, you will need to sign and return to Andrews House via email to info@andrewshouse.org, drop off at our Andrews House SNAP table at the Farmers Market, or Mail to 39 W. Winter St. Delaware, OH 43015 the following documents:
- 2024 AH VENDOR AGREEMENT
- Blank W9 form
In your packet or the link below is a guide to what eligible products may be purchased with various tokens and vouchers.
We will have an Andrews House SNAP representative at every market to:
- issue tokens to customers
- answer customer and vendor questions
- receive token & vouchers from vendors for reimbursement
We will reimburse you once a month by check for tokens & vouchers received by you and turned into the Andrews House SNAP representative for the previous month (a schedule is in the 2024 SNAP Program Vendor Guidelines in your packet or the link below)
