A Place of Warmth warming center is activated when the temperature is 20 degrees or below to give homeless men a warm place to spend the night. Look for these signs around downtown Delaware to know when the center is open. (picture of sign) It is located at Zion United Church of Christ, 51 West Central Avenue in Delaware, Ohio. On nights when the center is open, go to the doors on the Franklin Street side of Zion Church between 8pm-10pm.
